True SD Card Capacity & Speed

7th beta release. Any and all bug reports are helpful. Targeting hardware (SD cards count!) is hard work because of the diverse Android ecosystem. Doubly so when the hardware might fail in new and exciting ways. So please be gentle. Bonus: beta version is fully featured including all options that eventually will only exist in the paid version.
