The service is supported by trusted third party vendors, who provide and support the technology. This application is for patients who have been enrolled to use it by their healthcare professional. The main purpose of the application is to help patients manage their prescribed medication in conjunction with their healthcare professional. The application will capture the prescribed dose and medication use data. Based on a patients specific medication use pattern (adherence data), they will receive regular medication reminders and missed medication messages.
