UBC ® specializes in bringing rapid, affordable and durable solutions suitable for various applications in residential, commercial and storage-specific needs. UBC ® offers multiple solutions using modular structures, which are permanent, semi-permanent, detachable, and movable solutions based on the requirement of the client.

In bringing these solutions to the market, UBC ® is using cold formed steel structures/ light gauge steel structures in association with Vertex Systems of Finland for 3D design and detailing and Howick of New Zealand for CNC machines to manufacture the buildings. We provide Engineering Design services to both domestic and International clients.
