UMAA is a dynamic, versatile martial arts and fitness company serving adults and children in Croydon and surrounding areas.

Classes are available throughout the week in our fully equipped Dojo. We offer professional tuition in traditional karate, sport karate, kickboxing and boxing as well as offering a variety of other fitness classes and personal training. We offer classes for children from the age of 3 all the way through to adults including elite and competition karate.

UMAA classes will teach you self defence whilst improving health, fitness, flexibility, confidence, focus and discipline. The classes will also teach you important life skills such as how to stand up to bullies, team work, targets and goal setting. Classes are fun, exciting and a great place to make new friends.

All UMAA classes are taught by fully trained instructors who are insured, CRB checked and first aid trained.
