University Graduates (beta)

Cette application est une version bêta qui est destiné pour les diplômés de l'Université de Tel-Aviv.

** This app is a beta version of the real coming app, all the data here is fabricated **

This app is destined for Tel Aviv University Graduates.

The app includes:

1.Sign Up - Prompting when app is launched (Will keep prompting until Sign Up was successful).

2.Main Screen - Includes Menu and moving Slides (Slides changes every 3 seconds or Manually).

3.Benefits - Benefits for the graduates.

4.Events - Working on it.

5.News - News RSS feed is taken from The marker in xml format - **will be added next version. (RSS link - http://www.themarker.com/cmlink/1.605664),

6.Friends - Full working chat using GCM (Google Cloud Messaging, Message history is saved - only 30 last messages are shown for now).

7.Business Opportunities - Working on it.

8.Monthly Graduate - Changes monthly, data is taken from TLV University Website.

3rd party libraries in use/will be added next version:

okhttp, Gson, Simple-Xml, Retrofit, Picasso(including Caching), GCM, UI Image Loader(will be removed), Android Asynchronous Http Client.

**Most of the app content is loaded from the web.

To be added:

*Loading screen when the App is launched (instead of loading data in each activity individually - will include disk caching using Picasso for the images).

*Benefits Activity - Fix the UI after "Creae Benefit" button was clicked

*Events Activity

*Business Opportunities

*News - UI part left to be added [Simple Xml, okhttp, Retrofit, Picasso].

*Replacing existing Classes I created with 3rd party libraries mentions above.

Sign into the app using the following two users (One can't sign up without having his id registered in the graduates database).

Users for sign up:

רועי כהן: user id - 123456, password - 123

roee: user id - 654321, password - 123

אבי לביא: user id - 888999, password - 123

**The GCM Token for this 2 users will be updated while signing up and while navigating to the friends activity (you can also see your own name in the friends list and send messages to yourself at this moment).
