Two new articles look at the techniques we can use to understand their decisions and behaviour:

1. Laddering – a one-to-one interview technique to uncover the underlying reason behind user actions.

2. Peak-end Rule – a psychological heuristic that gauges a users' judgement of experiences, through evaluating feelings at their peak intensity and final moments.
