Fixes and improvements
- The user is informed that no push notifications are available when no Google Play Services are installed.
- The application asks the user for push notification permissions on Android 13.
- The biometric and fingerprint authenticators can now be registered when using a Xiaomi phone with a working profile.
- The user is asked to provide Camera permissions after modifying them in System Settings.
