VII Online Coaching - A seamless synergy of online personal training and nutritional coaching, designed to yield a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. Ultimately focused on supporting the acquisition of optimal health & fitness, via the integration of habitual practices into your everyday lifestyle, within a framework that fits life in the 21st century.

How it works

You'll receive Monthly individualised, adaptive & progressive workout programs, as well as progress tracking, habit coaching and full-time support. Each month you'll get a coaching call via phone or skype - Plus one nutritional guidance assessment - Complete with meal planning, guided nutrition optimisation and an evidence-based system to long-term sustainable healthy eating.

The coaching call will be assigned to coach form, set new SMART goals and coach new advanced techniques; or simply discuss any matter for which we can be of assistance.
