Vincent gave up his accounting career to start his real estate career in 2010 after garnering years of valuable commercial experience in the Big Four Auditing Firms and local listed company. Without any prior experience in sales, Vincent took the leap of faith to jump into a totally different industry to pursue his passion in real estate.

After created his first record price HDB transaction in Serangoon in 2011 with more than $100K COV, Vincent had since then transacted numerous HDB transactions in Serangoon Estate and broken many record price transactions in the estate. In 2012, he was awarded the TOP HDB SALESPERSON.

Vincent also believes in Real Estate as one of the best investment. He has invested time and money on attending external courses, workshops, real estate trainings and seminars conducted by PropNex and Powerful Negotiators. He has employed what he learnt on property restructuring, value investing and "savings plan" concept to help many of his clients meet their property needs and multiply their properties and increase their net worth.

Vincent has achieved numerous monthly and yearly top producers awards ever since joining the industry and has also won several good testimonies from his clients.

In 2011, Vincent recruited his first associate and his team is now expanding rapidly under "Powerful Negotiators" – The No 1 Team in Propnex.

Vincent believes in sharing selflessly with everyone including his cobroke agents. He strongly believes that the best way to learn is to model after the best. He also adopts the principles of integrity and professionalism as he believes in building long term relationships with his clients and cobroke agents.

Today, Vincent actively coaches his team of more than 10 salespersons to effectively leverage upon proven systems in order to constantly improve service quality and value-add to their clients.

In the longer term vision, Vincent and his team endeavours to move on to a bigger stage by always challenging themselves to compete with the best.

Vincent believes that dreams can come true if one is willing to strive hard, and invites like-minded professionals to join him on this journey.
