Vista Brenthill Baguio was designed to be both a home to escape to and a vacation house to relax in.

Its 10 beautifully-designed storeys rise above the canopy of pine trees. In the style of “vintage Baguio architecture,” Brenthill is conceived to bring back the glory days of the mountain city.

The building will house three lower ground floors where the main lobby, an inner garden atrium, and function hall can be found. The top floor will be given over to a landscaped roof deck where friends and families can enjoy the panorama while breathing in pine-scented air. The mid-rise condominium will offer a sauna and gym for those who need to unwind. Below the lower ground floors is a guarded parking basement with elevator access to all the upper floors.
