A small taste menu including bar staples like a charcuterie, cheese and olive board, is boosted by indulgent snacks such as popcorn with gruyere salt and crunchy chickpeas – paired with a Brut bubbles and Pinot Gris respectively. Those guests still feeling hunger pangs may be tempted by Pissaladiere with caramelised onions, anchovies, Kalamata olives and teamed with a Central Otago Pinot Noir; while for the sweet tooth pretty in pink lamingtons, washed down with an Italian Moscato, may be the way to finish.
