I don't consider this a diet but it is a new way of eating and proven to shed those pounds. The best thing is you don't buy or eat any special prepared foods. You more than likely already eat it anyway, or at least a version of it. As you can see this is completely free, and there is nothing to sell you.

I know how much I had struggled to lose weight, so I wanted to make this available for free to many that have struggled also. Inside the app you will get some articles on doing some exercises, but I have lost over 35 pounds so far doing no exercise. Of course you will do better if you exercise.

Then you have a special tab to read the menu plan to follow, trust me, it's simple and down to earth. OK, I'll tell you, you are going to eat protein and fibrous carbs. Mostly by fixing a sandwich and other ways. It works, it's free, so do it.
