WPBV Palm Beach Catholic Radio

Our mission is to proclaim, through radio, the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Our purpose in bringing Catholic radio to this part of Florida is to carry out Jesus’ command to “Proclaim the Good News to all creation”, and to answer the appeal of our former Holy Father for a “new evangelization”, including extensive use of the electronic media. We are also responding to the U.S. Catholic Bishops’ 1993 Evangelization Plan and Strategy, in which their first goal is, “To bring about in all Catholics such an enthusiasm for their faith that, in living their faith in Jesus, they freely share it with others”. To develop such enthusiasm there must be readily accessible resources to facilitate growth in Catholics’ knowledge and love of their faith.
