CBT logger is the electronic equivalent of Cognitive behavioral therapy worksheets. That allows the quick and easy recording of events in structured way, capturing your thoughts, feelings or emotions, physical reactions and behaviors. These logged events can be easily stared, filtered, searched and reviewed, by the you or with the collaboration with there therapist. Showing you statistics of the events that you have logged and a graph of how positive and event was, these statistics allows you to easily review events.
Events can be easily added to via a widget that can be placed on the home screen. Access can be kept secure by enabling the password protection within the app.
