Civil List 2015 is a conceptual model developed for HR wing of the Indian Government to automate the 'Civil Lists' published by various departments into an android application. It also features a "Promotion Engine" that extrapolates the expected promotional avenues and provides timelines to enable better career management by the Officers. It is coded and developed by Suvir Misra, Additional Director General, Systems, CBEC for information only.
