Inner Element Fitness exists to empower people of all fitness levels to reap the rewards of challenging, yet enjoyable, fitness in a motivational and encouraging environment.This 50 Minute heart rate monitored group workout features 2 personal trainers per class and focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) along with strength training. The workout is performed in an environment where the energy level is through the roof. Upbeat music, optimal lighting, modern equipment, and inspiration derived from the group setting will keep you motivated and committed.
