Just Workout has been thought and developed by people who actually do work out. So the app gives what you need to perform at you best. No fancy options which you may use only once in a while.
Just Workout is divided into 4 slides: Calendar, Workouts, HIIT and Timer.
Within the Calendar slide you can pick up a date and add some exercises in order to create a complete workout. That way you may plan your workouts ahead.
The Workouts slide works best to create some workouts which don't change much. Let's say you do the same workout with the same exercises on Mondays or Fridays. You may then create a workout for Monday and another one for Friday. But you workouts change constantly, then it may be better to use the calendar for planning each workout.
A great thing is that you can drag and drop the exercises in order to define the order in which you want to perform the exercises.
The HIIT slide allows you to plan workout in a HIIT style.
The Timer slide provides a simple timer. It is best suited for exercises such as planks and abs workouts.
