Of all the phases in life, growing old is probably the one where we’ll see a decline in the physical aspects of our lives. We may not like this, but it is perfectly natural! Growing old is a positive thing, but it can be taken for granted sometimes. We shouldn’t forget that some people don’t get the chance to reach this stage in their lives. Growing old in a fit and healthy way should therefore be cherished.
If you want to keep your body at an average level of fitness, you need to start when you’re young.
