Of all the phases in life, growing old is probably the one where we’ll see a decline in the physical aspects of our lives. We may not like this, but it is perfectly natural! Growing old is a positive thing, but it can be taken for granted sometimes. We shouldn’t forget that some people don’t get the chance to reach this stage in their lives. Growing old in a fit and healthy way should therefore be cherished.

If you want to keep your body at an average level of fitness, you need to start when you’re young. However, if you haven’t done this, you should still do your best to keep moving and work on your body at muscle, cardiovascular and respiratory levels once you have turned 50. The Seniority Training Sessions app has been designed to help you work out wherever or whenever you want, whether you are experienced or a beginner. These exercises will lead you through a couple of areas essential to your fitness such as strength, mobility, cardio and functionality.
